In all we do before, during and after construction we keep in mind the users of the objects we plan, build and manage. This is especially true at the beginning of a project, when everything, such as land use, location and the marketplace, is still open.
To make sure construction costs, quality and deadlines of major road-building projects, building complexes or all-inclusive maintenance systems are at their optimum, we put great effort into specifications analysis.
We also keep the end-user in mind as we design building utilization concepts, maintenance plans and building management of existing structures that we restore, renovate or otherwise improve.
In short, we plan for people, their safety, mobility, shelteredness, comfort and business success. That’s what we think about – with a passion.

We build whatever people need that is technically realizable. We build up and down, through mountains and across rivers, we create new structures and renovate old, we build for living and working, for traffic, safety, leisure and health, we build traditionally and industrially, as total contractor or as specialists. We build throughout Switzerland and the near abroad. We build major, complex projects of national import, such as Rail 2000 and the transalpine rail link NRLA.
We build in constant awareness of schedules and costs, with a commitment to quality, to sparing use of natural resources and, not least, efficiency. We use state-of-the-art processes, the right tools for the job and the most highly qualified and motivated workforce to be found anywhere. Just as life is on the body, so are people’s undertakings reliant on constructions.
