Our offer

What we are offering. The next career programme starts in March 2013, lasts one year and consists of on-the-job and off-the-job elements. In your day-to-day work as a construction cost planner at Implenia, you will be assisted and supported by an experienced colleague. To supplement the core programme you will attend various internal training sessions, including IT courses and seminars on subjects like «Negotiation and meeting techniques», «Self- and resource management», and «Getting to know the company’s tools and equipment». You will also take part in regular experience sharing sessions. The core element of this innovative career programme is the training course «Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) Baukostenplanung GU/TU» («Certificate of Advanced Studies in Construction Cost Planning for General and Total Contracting») developed by Lucerne School of Engineering and Architecture in partnership with Implenia. In six modules, including contact sessions and e-learning, you will learn the fundamentals required to succeed as a construction cost planner. Implenia will pay the cost of the «CAS Baukostenplanung GU/TU» course for its employees.

Participants in the career programme are employed on a permanent basis, i.e. their employment contract continues after the one-year programme has been completed. The programme can be taken at various locations in Switzerland. The place of work will be agreed during the recruitment process and will depend on the company’s needs and your preferences.

You will find all the information you need about the «CAS Baukostenplanung GU/TU» course on  Lucerne School of Engineering and Architecture's website (german).
