Protecting your privacy, and data protection in general, are important to us. This document explains how we use data in the context of our website and our e-mail marketing activities. We need to register your personal data so that you can order, use or amend as many of our services as possible over the internet. This is the only way that we can keep changing and improving services to suit your requirements. When dealing with personal data we comply with the Swiss data protection and telecommunications laws.

Registration – general for employment at IMPLENIA
By registering for Jobs & Careers at IMPLENIA, you are explicitly expressing your interest in a position at IMPLENIA Group. In order to find a job, you provide the company with your personal data for a concrete application. To do this, you must first be registered. You must register before your application can be accepted by our process.
IMPLENIA will treat your data confidentially in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. You can view and update the information you provide at any time. Your data will be used within the IMPLENIA Group to look for suitable applicants. It will not under any circumstances be passed to third parties outside the IMPLENIA Group. Apart from yourself, only authorized employees in IMPLENIA's Human Resources department have access to your data. If a position arises within the IMPLENIA Group that fits your profile, your data may be passed on to the responsible manager.
By registering with Jobs & Careers at IMPLENIA and releasing your profile, you agree that employees of IMPLENIA may contact you for personnel marketing purposes. If at any time you no longer want this to happen, you can block your profile or delete it altogether. If you have not updated your profile for 12 months, IMPLENIA may request by mail that you update the relevant information. If you don't do this within the given deadline, your profile and all the data it contains will be deleted.
Please only use your private addresses for e-mails and postal communications. IMPLENIA will only send information to private addresses.
Application – concrete for an advertised job
You can also apply exclusively for a specific position. To impose this restriction, you must mark your application accordingly before sending it in. If you apply for a specific advertised vacancy, you make your personal data available to the company only for the purposes of recruitment to the post concerned. You are responsible for ensuring that this data is accurate and true. You can view and update the information you provide at any time. IMPLENIA will treat your data confidentially in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
Apart from yourself, only authorized employees in IMPLENIA's Human Resources department and the managers responsible for the vacancy have access to your data.
You can withdraw your application at any time.
At the end of the application process, or when you withdraw your application, your data is deleted as required by the law, unless you release the data you registered on application for the purposes of general job hunting at IMPLENIA.

Surveys
In order to improve its working practices, the Human Resources department at IMPLENIA occasionally asks current and former applicants to take part in surveys. These surveys are conducted directly by IMPLENIA or by specialized service providers contracted by IMPLENIA. For this purpose a service provider will only be given names, e-mail addresses and a reference to an organizational unit within IMPLENIA. The surveys are evaluated on the basis of anonymized data. Names and e-mail addresses are deleted after contact has been made. It is completely up to the applicant concerned whether they choose to take part in the survey or not.
