UEFA's new service center at its headquarters in Nyon will be realized by Implenia as a full-service total contractor.
Dietlikon, 28 July 2010 – The two-story building, including underground parking garage, will be built according to the Minergie «ECO» standard, which guarantees a particularly ecological construction method and high quality of use. For instance, the heating and cooling system is to run on geothermal energy. This building, designed by the architectural firm Bassi Carella with a rectangular floor plan, will be partly glazed and shall have 4000 m² of office space. The project, which is worth more than 33 million CHF, will see construction work begin in mid-August 2010 and finish by mid-December 2011.Contact:
