In response to Implenia's request, the SWX Swiss Exchange's Disclosure Office has recommended that Implenia AG and Russian Land Limited in future disclose their investments in Implenia together.
D i e t l i k o n – This decision was prompted by the joint venture agreements concluded between Implenia and Russian Land last November.Implenia and Russian Land hold a combined total of 970,882 registered shares in Implenia AG, which is more than 5 percent of the company's share capital.
