CUBE Sol LeWitt, Uster

Art piece.

The Cube is 5 m in length on all sides and chiselled from cement modules in 20 layers and stabilised by a cement frame. It is hollow on the inside. This form of art is called minimalism and was heavily influenced by the American artist Sol Le Witt, who lived from 1928 to 2007.


Divisions performance

Foundation, basic frame made of 4 concrete supports and 1 concrete slab. Surrounding wall with 920 concrete blocks each weighing 75 kg supplied by customer.
