In 2009, Implenia secured the Bahnhof Nord plot previously belonging to ROMAG and covering an area of 28 000 m². As part of the new Düdingen town development plan published for the first time in May 2012, the area was rezoned from industrial to mixed. In the meantime, Implenia has sold the plot to Berninvest, which represents the investors Immo Helvetic and the Sarasin Foundation for sustainable property in Switzerland.
